For the second consecutive year, GRIVALIA participated in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark survey (“GRESB”), marking a remarkable improvement in its performance over the past year, and was designated as “Green Star” for the first time.

In its assessment GRIVALIA received a total of 83.5 points from 52.2 points in 2015, improving its overall score from 38% to 61%, with GRESB’s average of 63%.

GRESB started in 2009, following an initiative and collaboration between major investment firms and academics from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Maastricht, and is now an internationally recognized platform for evaluating and ranking real estate companies and portfolios in environmental management, social responsibility and corporate governance.

The results of the GRESB survey for 2016 were based on sustainability data gathered from 850 real estate companies and investment funds, providing aggregate information on 77,000 properties worldwide.
