Stefanos D. Vlastos

Stefanos D. Vlastos is a member of Grivalia Hospitality management team, being employed as Director since January 2016. His role involves recognition of value added hospitality assets, negotiating & structuring the deals, identifying the right partners to manage Company’s portfolio, and monitoring asset performance.

Stefanos brings his experience in a number of areas as throughout his career he focused in banking, consulting, tourism and ICT industries. Prior to his new tenure, he was President and CEO in a number of ComMit Group – Dias Ventures companies, Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Education & Religious Affairs and of the Ministry of Tourism Development of the Hellenic Republic. Formerly he held senior management positions at the French management consultancy firm “Ylios Hellas”, at Bear Stearns International Ltd (currently JPMorgan Chase & Co), at Credit Commercial de France (currently HSBC Bank) and at Banque des Dépôts CH (currently EFG Intl.).

In addition to his professional accomplishments he holds a BA degree in Business Economics from VUB – Vrije Universiteit Brussel and an MBA from SDA Bocconi (and an Exchange Program at NYU Stern School of Business). He is fully proficient in English and French languages, speaks Italian and has slight knowledge of German.
