Antonis Chatzikostas

Antonis Chatzikostas is a founding member and Partner of Grivalia Management Company.

He became a member of the management team of Grivalia Properties REIC in May 2016. Until 2022 he was Head of Portfolio, managing 1.3 bil. € of commercial assets. In parallel from the end of 2019, he supported Grivalia Hospitality as Head of Development of the 5* resort of One & Only Aesthesis (Asteria Glyfadas). From July 2022 until Sept. 2024 worked as Chief Development Officer of Grivalia Hospitality, leading apart from the development of One & Only Aesthesis (Asteria Glyfadas), the 91 Athens Riviera glamping project, the completion of the 5* Avant Mar (Paros) as well as the Petalioi and Mykonos Blue 5* resort developments.

He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School. Among others he is a member of Technical Chamber of Greece, of the Association of Greek Valuers and he had been certified as Recognized European Valuer (2013).

Being an active professional since 1995, Antonis has diversified experience in construction, real estate development, asset and property management and high-end resorts development. Apart from Grivalia group his track record includes cooperation at senior level with ASE listed corporations - he has worked as Development Director and Executive BoD member for Pasal Development SA, BoD member of Trastor R.E.I.C (ex-PIRAEUS R.E.I.C), Deputy General Manager for INTRADEVELOPMENT SA (INTRACOM Group of Companies), Project Director for REDS SA (ELLAKTOR Group), Project Engineer (TITAN Cement), real estate valuer and consultant for HSBC Bank (Greek branch).

Currently Antonis holds also the position of Deputy CEO in Grivalia Development (subsidiary of Grivalia Hospitality).
