Senior Manager, Repossessed Asset Portfolio
Charis Saounatsos holds the position of Senior Manager in Grivalia Management Company. He is in charge of the management of the Repossessed Asset Portfolio from banks & organizations since July 2019. He supervises and coordinates individual property or portfolio sales, leases, of both residential and commercial property and he is responsible for monitoring, managing and optimal planning for the Repossessed Portfolio.
He has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate. Until 2019 he worked in Eurobank, as Manager of Business and Investment Planning of Real Estate Portfolio. He has also worked as Manager in GAIAOSE S.A., as Development Associate in Lamda Development and as a consultant on property valuations and real estate investment.
He holds an MEng in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in International Construction Project Management from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
