Thodoris Derziotis

Thodoris is the Investment Director of Grivalia, overseeing the Group’s real estate acquisitions across all asset classes. With a strong background in finance and investments, he has built extensive expertise in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions, ranging from prime commercial assets to large-scale hospitality developments.

Since joining Grivalia in 2017, he has played a key role in the origination, underwriting, and execution of multiple acquisitions, with completed transactions exceeding €800 million. His responsibilities cover the full investment lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and conducting due diligence to negotiations, deal structuring, and closing — with a clear focus on maximizing long-term value for the Group.

Before joining Grivalia, Thodoris gained professional experience in London as an equity analyst at Visiongain and in Greece at PwC, where he participated in major M&A transactions with a focus on the real estate and hospitality sectors.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Athens and an MSc in Finance & Investments from the University of Greenwich. As part of his role at Grivalia, Thodoris is a member of Eurobank’s Real Estate Committee as well as of the Grivalia Hospitality Executive Committee.
