Katerina Kalfamanoli

Katerina holds the position of Partner in Grivalia Management Company. In the period between 2008 – 2019, she was Commercial Director of Grivalia Properties REIC.

Katerina Kalfamanoli is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, for leasing the vacant spaces of the portfolio in a manner consistent with the Company’s strategy, for identifying buyers for disposal of mature assets of the existing portfolio, e.t.c.

She has worked as Director of Investments & Commercial Leasing for Colliers International. Prior to that, she served as Capital Markets Senior Surveyor for Cushman & Wakefield Hellas and as Managing Director & Head of Agency for DTZ Hellas. She has also served as Safety & Facilities Manager for Johnson & Johnson Hellas and has gained extensive experience in residential real estate through the family business.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Organizational Behaviour from the American College of Greece.
