Paris Varfis

Paris Varfis is a founding member and holds the position of Managing Partner in Grivalia Management Company. He became a member of the management team of Grivalia Properties REIC on Septemeber 2013. In the period between 2013 – 2019, he was Chief Financial Officer and IR of Grivalia Properties REIC. Since 2015 he is a member of the management team of Grivalia Hospitality. Through his role he has negotiated and concluded transactions of over 500M€ debt in order to finance the investment pipeline. He actively participated in Grivalia Properties’ share capital increase of 2014, in the merger with Eurobank SA in 2019 as well as in all share capital increases of Grivalia Hospitality.

Prior to joining Grivalia, Paris was holding the position of CFO in Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A. In the past, he held the positions of CFO in Eurobank EFG Telesis Finance S.A., senior officer in Novonordisk A/S as well as assistant Certified Public Accountant.

Paris has an MSc in Finance and Controlling from National and Capodistrian University of Athens, a professional qualification from the Institute of Certified Auditors in Greece and a Bsc in Business Administration from University of Brussels.
