Our team is highly specialized in real estate investment and asset management, having managed the investment real estate portfolio of Grivalia Properties since 2008, one of the leading real estate investment companies in Greece and SE Europe and amongst the strongest in the Athens Stock Exchange until the merger with Eurobank.
From 2006 to 2018, the team managed a total of €743m. of capital, which was raised from high profile Greek and International institutional investors and invested in real estate assets of all classes in Greece and SE Europe. The team managed to create one of the best performing real estate portfolios in Greece, offering strong and stable returns and value for the stakeholders engaged.
The new executives who joined the team, come with deep knowledge of the real estate assets and their management problems in the banking environment and have experience in their maturity, aiming at maximum returns. They are highly experienced in strategy, marketability and creation of targeted real estate portfolios from non-performing loans.
Grivalia team has extensive experience in real estate appled sustainability and in management of the certification of green buildings, having managed certifications according to LEED & BREAM in commercial assets, of over 296,000sq.m.
