Natalia Strafti is a founding member and holds the position of Managing Partner in Grivalia Management Company. In the period between 2014 – 2019, she was Chief Operating Officer of Grivalia Properties REIC and before that since June 2008, she had been the Investment & Portfolio Manager of the company.
Through her various roles, she has overseen a significant number of investments of over 750m euro in all asset classes of real estate, including major redevelopment projects of modern, green certified office buildings. She has significant experience in the management of high value assets in Greece and southeastern Europe, as well as negotiations of significant contracts with high quality tenants, developers, contractors, financial, legal and technical advisors. She was part of the team which managed Grivalia’s IPO in addition to the most recent share capital increases. Since 2016 she is a member of Grivalia’s Sustainability Committee and sits in the ULI GR Sustainability Council. She worked in the real estate sector of the EFG Eurobank Group since April 2000, as Deputy Head of Advisory and Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst before that.
She is a graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and holds a Diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuation in collaboration with the Association of Sworn Valuers.
