Nikos Talevis

Nikos Talevis holds the position of Manager in Grivalia Management Company since March 2023. He is responsible for the technical property management of Eurobank’s Investment and REO portfolio, consisting of more than 100 commercial and residential properties.

During his career in Grivalia Management Company and GRIVALIA Properties R.E.I.C. (2014-2023), as a senior officer, and in Eurobank Property Services (2007-2014), Nikos monitored construction and development projects, provided facility management services and technical advice for properties in Greece, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine, and assisted in the resolution of building's technical issues.

In the past, Nikos has worked as a freelancer civil engineer (2004-2007) and he has considerable experience in the constructions field, especially in supervising residential and commercial development projects. In 2004, the Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games “Athens 2004” appointed him as Risk Manager for the Olympic Aquatic Centre and the Olympic Indoor Hall.

Nikos holds a M.Eng. in Civil Engineering with honors and a M.Sc. in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham (UK).
