Theano Athitaki is a Senior Manager at Grivalia Management Company, where she leads the management of a €1.3 billion investment portfolio. With extensive experience in real estate, she plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s investment strategy, optimizing portfolio performance, and overseeing complex transactions.
She has been an integral member of Grivalia since 2008, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and the successful development of its investment platform. Prior to joining Grivalia, she worked at Eurobank Property Services S.A. from 2004 as a Real Estate Consultant and Real Estate Agent, gaining strong expertise in the real estate market.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and two postgraduate degrees (MSc): one in Statistical Methods Applied in Real Estate from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and one in Environmental Management from Durham University.
